During the General Staff Meeting the following indicators were noted for the first half of 2025:

- The revenue plan was fulfilled at 101%, 103% for equipment rental in particular,

- The plan for the development of the rental park was fulfilled at 109%,

- The volume of the production plan in conditional machine sets amounted to 131%,

- A 40% reduction in non-conformities identified at the stage of interoperational control was achieved, which made it possible to reduce the number of rejected parts by 17%.

Salary indexation was carried out. Successful achievement of production targets allowed the wage fund to be increased.

Preparatory construction work of expanding the workshop and routine repairs of the office and utility rooms are underway, and the water supply and sewerage system has been repaired as part of the enterprise development. The delivery and installation of new equipment which was purchased as part of the investment project and accepted at the manufacturing plant is expected in August.

The project for the implementation of the SPRUT-TP-Standardization and SPRUT-OKP software is being implemented. The next step is the full launch of the system into operation.

During the meeting 34 questions from the company's staff, concerning its development, equipping workplaces, improving working conditions and rest, were considered. Such topics as wages, additional motivation, medical insurance of employees and providing them with financial assistance were considered in detail. As a result, responsible executors were appointed for the decisions taken. The General Director of JSC NGT took control of the implementation of the meeting's decisions.
